West Garfield Park Industrial Building Sells

Cawley Commercial Real Estate completed the sale of a 168,000-square-foot industrial facility located at 4343 W. Ohio Street in Chicago, Illinois.

The property spans 7.8 acres within the city’s historic Northwest Industrial Park. Frank Melchert, SIOR and Stevan Arandjelovic of Cawley CRE represented the seller, Plant One LLC. Adam Schneiderman and Dale Strauss of Strauss Realty represented the buyer.

Strategically located, the property is one of the few remaining industrial assets within Chicago’s urban core that provides such a wide array of capabilities. The facility offers a combination of features, including overhead cranes, an active interior rail spur, zoning allowances for outdoor storage, and access to heavy power. “After operating his business in the facility since 1979, we are excited that our client can now comfortably enjoy the next chapter of his life in retirement,” said Stevan Arandjelovic.
