West Coast Buyers Head East for $18M Woburn Industrial Property Purchase
CBRE has arranged the $18 million sale of a 66,225-square-foot industrial property located on Wildwood Avenue in Woburn, MA. San Francisco-based Berkeley Partners acquired the asset.
The CBRE team of Scott Dragos, Chris Skeffington, Doug Jacoby, Anthony Hayes, Roy Sandeman, Tim Mulhall, and Dan Hines arranged the sale on behalf of the seller, GFI Partners.
“The dynamics of the industrial market provided GFI Partners an opportunity to realize a profit for this industrial investment,” said CBRE EVP Jacoby. The buyer continues to aggressively purchase assets in the marketplace.”
The flex property offers 17.5-23′ clear ceiling heights, six docks and flex space. 225 Wildwood Avenue is fully leased to three tenants: Lakeshore Cyrotronics, American ULT Cryogenics and Primaira.
225 Wildwood Avenue is located a half mile from the interchange of I-93 and Route 128 and less than 14 miles from Boston Logan International Airport.
