Cannabis Landlord Buys 40K-SF Portland Warehouse

Greenspace, a national, cannabis-friendly landlord, has made its seventh investment in Oregon, closing on a 40,000-square-foot warehouse at 845 NE Columbia in Portland. The property will be leased to two growers and dispensary operator Premium Medicine of Oregon. Greenspace also announced it was under contract on an eighth property in Northwest Portland.

The sales price on the latest transaction was undisclosed, but the list price was $3.6 million. The seller was Columbia CL Properties LLC.

Greenspace’s portfolio, now valued at $15 million, was acquired by assessing and leasing properties that suit the needs of qualified cannabis businesses. Greenspace functions solely as a landlord, and doesn’t participate in the financial interests of its tenants.
