West 7th Has New Name, Tenants

The formerly titled West 7th in Fort Worth, a high-traffic development featuring restaurants, entertainment attractions and specialty shops, is now named Crockett Row at West 7th.

Fort Worth-based The Woodmont Company helped rebrand the Vestar-managed property, while architecture firm Bennett Benner Partners enhanced architectural elements, like storefronts.

The facelift comes with new tenants. Furnishings store West Elm, co-working office company Common Desk, and third-party logistics provider C.H. Robinson plan to occupy part of the updated space.

The Woodmont Company’s Peter Jacobsen and Erik Coslik led leasing efforts.
