West 300 North Associates Drops $76M on 430-Unit, 1960s-Era Multifam in Richmond

West 300 North Associates, LLC has paid $76.5 million to acquire the Stratford Hills apartment community in Richmond, VA.

Garrison Gore, Charles Wentworth, G.S. Hankins and Victoria Pickett of Colliers handled the transaction on behalf of the seller, Stratford Bethany, LLC.

Stratford Hills, located at 2517 W Tremont, was constructed in the late 1960s. The property consists of 430 units, including 292 townhomes, with one, two, and three bedroom floorplans. According to Colliers, the property offers opportunity to create value through the introduction of new amenities and an interior value-add program implementation.
