Wesley Chapel Retail Property Trades for $5M

Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $5.2 million sale of Scherer Center, an 8,050-square-foot retail property in Wesley Chapel, FL.

Scherer Center is located at 28385 FL-54 and features Class A construction with three national tenants including AT&T, Dunkin and Heartland Dental. The property is sees an average daily traffic count of more than 50,000 cars per day. The seller, private real estate investment firm Scherer Development, designed, leased and built the project.

Jim Shiebler, James Garner, James Medefind and Evan Cannan of Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office represented Scherer Development in the sale. The buyer, a partnership, was secured and represented by Jonathan Weir of Marcus & Millichap’s South Bay office.
