Wesley at Tehaleh Has Been in the Works for Three Years-Plus
Wesley Homes, Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) and Ryan Companies US Inc. recently unveiled Wesley at Tehaleh, a 405,992-square-foot senior living community within the master-planned community of Tehaleh by Newland in Bonney Lake.
“This new community has been in the works for over three years,” said Kevin Anderson, president and CEO of Wesley. “We’ve worked with PHS for many years, so we’re excited to have them as joint owners in this Wesley community.”
The 4,700-acre master-planned Tehaleh development has flourished in the past decade and since then, has exhibited increased demand for senior living. PHS and Wesley formed the partnership based on aligned values and goals. Ryan supported this vision by constructing the new senior living community on 16.82 acres.
