Wesco Aircraft Expands into 659K-SF at Northport 35

Wesco Aircraft doubled its size at Northport 35 Business Center, expanding into 659,000 square feet. The tenant deal puts the 945,035-square-foot business center in Northlake TX, a far north submarket of Fort Worth, at full occupancy. Stream Realty Partners’ Seth Koschak, Forrest Cook, and Bob Hagewood represented the landlord, Clarion Partners. ESRP’s Brad Struck and Jim Hazard advised the tenant.

Wesco initially leased a little more than 309,000 square feet in 2016, before the property at 4250 Dale Earnhardt Way delivered. The leases are concurrent, and Wesco will use the new space for distribution purposes. The tenant provides supply chain management services to the global aerospace industry.

“This is a good example of a large tenant in this market, that continues to grow, leading to an additional 350,000 square feet of net absorption,” Cook said.
