Wendel North America has signed a long-term lease at 101 Park Ave. in Midtown Manhattan

Wendel North America Inks Long-Term Lease at 101 Park Ave. 

Cushman & Wakefield arranged a long-term, 8,402-square-foot lease for Wendel North America at 101 Park Ave.in Midtown, steps from Grand Central Terminal. The tenant, an investment advisory firm, will occupy part of the 46th floor.  

The firm’s John Cefaly and Nicholas Dysenchuk represented the landlord, H.J. Kalikow Organization. Colliers’ Jonathan Plotkin and Taylor Bell represented the tenant.     
 
“Wendel was looking for a trophy property to conduct its business and found it at our property,” said Kathryn H. Kalikow of the Kalikow Organization. “101 Park Ave. continues to be the choice of discerning tenants seeking timeless architecture, superior services and location to transit.”
