Wells Fargo, Tricera Capital Agree on 25K SF at 1675 Midtown in Boca Raton
Tricera Capital has signed a deal with Wells Fargo for approximately 25,000 square feet with options to expand at its 1675 Midtown office building in Boca Raton, FL. Wells Fargo is taking space to be vacated by Comerica Bank when its lease expires in June 2023.
The seven-story property has approximately 70,000 square feet and a four-story parking garage. 1675 Midtown features hurricane resistant windows, heavy back-up power, conference rooms and valet parking. Renovations are in the works for lobbies, common corridors, restrooms and building systems.
Tricera part of a joint venture that owns office building One Clearlake in West Palm Beach, and the firm is redeveloping The Press, the former Palm Beach Post campus.
“We remain bullish on Palm Beach County’s core markets, especially Boca Raton and downtown West Palm Beach,” said Ben Mandell, CEO of Tricera. “These areas have benefitted greatly from the domestic and corporate migration of the last few years.”
