Wells Fargo Center Blocks Off 101SF for New Tenant Kaseya
Commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a new long-term office lease totaling 101,000 square feet at the Wells Fargo Center building in Miami, FL on behalf of IT and security management software company Kaseya.
Brokers from Cushman & Wakefield represented both the landlord and tenant in the transaction. Ryan Holtzman, Eddie Quinon, Brian Gale, and Andrew Trench represented landlord Metropolitan Life Insurance Company; Tony Jones represented tenant Kaseya.
“This lease reinforces the ongoing flight to quality trend we are seeing in the office market, with businesses seeking out Class A buildings offering abundant amenities and the stability of institutional ownership,” said Holtzman.
Wells Fargo Center is a 47-story office building located within downtown Miami’s Enterprise Zone. It is LEED Gold & Energy Start Certified and features Biscayne Bay and city views, first generation office spaces, telecommunications systems with fiber optic capabilities, tenant lounge, fitness center, on-site dining and access to the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel.
