Wells Fargo Building in Peachtree Corners Trades for $2M

Florida-based real estate investment and management firm Linkpoint Properties has sold a 10,851-square-foot commercial building occupied by Wells Fargo in Peachtree Corners for $2.4 million.

The two-acre property is located at 6155 Buford Highway, and was acquired by Linkpoint in 2017 for $2 million. Marcus & Millichap represented Linkpoint Properties in the transaction. The property was acquired by Matthews Family Investments in a 1031 exchange. Closing took place May 13th.

Linkpoint has offices in Atlanta and Miami, and is backed by approximately $100 million in funds. The firm’s assets include United Rentals in Pompano Beach, Chase on the Miami River and Tire Kingdom in Hialeah.
