Wellness Provider Expands at Penn Field

Austin Cryo Ventures has signed a lease at Penn Field at 3601 S. Congress Ave. in Austin. Austin Cryo Ventures, a provider of hyper wellness services, expanded its footprint in the project to a total of 16,375 square feet.

Brad Buckman of Elevate Growth Partners represented Austin Cryo Ventures. Seth Stuart, David Putman and Bethany Perez with AQUILA Commercial represented the landlord, CIM Group.

Penn Field is an award-winning adaptive reuse of a 1918-era air force base with exposed brick walls, wood beams, original wood floors and high, open ceilings. Owned and managed by CIM, the 11-building campus is located in the sought-after 78704 zip code, five minutes from the South Congress district.

Along with Austin Cryo Wellness, the tenant mix includes some of Austin’s most recognized brands like Deep Eddy Vodka, High Brew Coffee and Vital Farms, and national brands including Gibson Guitars, iHeart Radio and Pandora.
