Wellness Practice Inks New Lease in North Brunswick
Fennelly Associates facilitated a lease for a 1,125-square-foot medical/retail space at 1950 Route 27 in North Brunswick, N.J. The owner, 1950 NB Property, LLC, was represented by Jerry Fennelly, SIOR, and Matthew Fennelly. The new tenant, Livin Health, Inc., specializes in health and wellness services such as deep tissue massage therapy, aromatherapy massage, cupping therapy, and acupuncture.
The 13,280-square-foot single-story building offers various medical office and retail spaces. Livin Health, Inc.’s unit features two exam rooms, two storage rooms, a waiting room, a private bathroom, and a reception area.
“Deals like this highlight healthcare and wellness businesses’ continued demand for adaptable retail spaces in Middlesex County and surrounding areas,” said Jerry Fennelly.
