Wellness Concept Brand Inks New Lease With 25 Kent in Williamsburg   

Rubenstein Partners’ 25 Kent, a mixed-use building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, has signed a 10-year, 6,168-square-foot lease with Othership, a wellness concept.  

This will be Othership’s first Brooklyn location, offering guided sauna and ice bath experiences. Located at 25 Kent Ave, 25 Kent is an eight-story, 500,000-square-foot commercial office building in Williamsburg with office, retail and light manufacturing space. 

“Our goal is to help people find a more inspired and meaningful state of being,” said Robert Bent, CEO of Othership. “And, by making it community-driven and fun, we’re making emotional wellness work accessible to everyone.”  

Rubenstein Partners was represented by Newmark’s Neal Ohm, Caleb Peterson, and Michael Cohen. Othership was represented by CBRE’s Cassie Durand and Aylin Gucalp.
