Wellness Brand WTHN Signs Third NYC Location on UWS 

Brand Urban, a retail real estate brokerage, facilitated WTHN’s lease for a new 3,700-square-foot location at 69 West 71st Street on the Upper West Side. The holistic wellness brand and acupuncture studio will open its third NYC location there this year.  

Taryn Brandes and Emily Green of Brand Urban represented WTHN, while Harrison Abramowitz, Michael Paster, and Jason Pruger of Newmark represented the landlord. WTHN opened its first location in the Flatiron District and secured its second location in North Williamsburg.
