Welcome to DFW: Canadian Company to Open First U.S. Hub

Renaissance Repair & Supply Inc., headquartered in Ottawa, ON in Canada, is readying its first U.S. hub at Corporate Ridge, 1200 Lakeside Pkwy. in Flower Mound. The company, which works with refurbished and pre-owned telecommunications and data equipment, will open in 42,596 square feet on Aug. 1, 2017. Construction is also underway on a 10,000-square-foot, static-free lab.

Brian Pafford of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the tenant. Steve Trese and Wilson Brown with CBRE brokered the deal for the landlord, IPT Lakeside Corporate Center LLC.

Renaissance Repair & Supply took down the last of the space at the two building, 477,000-square-foot project at the Lakeside-Gerault Road intersection. The tenant’s new space includes a 5,530-square-foot office, with the remainder being dedicated to warehousing product. “The office offered a good head start, so all that was needed was to build out the lab,” Pafford said.
