Weitzman Taps Jeff Nebrat for EVP Austin Operations

Jeff Nebrat was recently named executive vice president-city partner for Weitzman’s Austin operations. Nebrat has been a key executive for Weitzman since 2002.

In this new role, Nebrat is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Austin office including overseeing its development, acquisitions, asset management and property management services. Nebrat previously worked as director of asset and property management for the Austin office, where he directed the asset management of a portfolio of approximately 2.4 million square feet of retail and commercial real estate projects, and oversaw the property management and construction services for the office.

Since joining Weitzman, Nebrat has been involved in the development, redevelopment and acquisition of approximately 1.1 million square feet of commercial properties.

Weitzman is responsible for a managed portfolio of approximately 3.6 million square feet and a leasing portfolio of approximately 10.1 million square feet in Central Texas.
