Weitzman Charged with Filling Aliana Retail

Weitzman’s Houston office has been named exclusive project leasing agent for a planned retail center at West Airport Boulevard and Farm-to-Market Road 1464 in Fort Bend County. The 28,950-square-foot center, which is still under construction, is part of the 2,000-acre Aliana master-planned community in Richmond, TX. Weitzman’s Kyle Knight and Walker Kane are handling the project’s leasing activities.

The retail space will be spread across two buildings, and is being marketed for restaurant, retail and medical-dental-beauty uses.

Aliana was the second-most active MPC in the Houston region in 2017 for new home sales. It is also among the nation’s top-selling communities, having sold 428 homes.
