Weitzman Brings Corporate Services to Central TX

Weitzman is expanding its existing Corporate Services platform to Central Texas. The expansion of office services in Austin allows the company, which currently leases or manages several high-profile office projects in Central Texas, to leverage its statewide office brokerage platform.

Matt Epple

Handling office brokerage in Austin is EVP and director of brokerage Matt Epple. The expansion of the division includes associate Andrew Alvarado, who will collaborate on office brokerage with Epple and Weitzman’s Dallas-based president of Corporate Services Division, Larry Denisoff.

“We specialize in a creative approach to transactions,” Epple said. “Our focus on behalf of our clients is to find space that meets their current and future needs while offering flexibility along with incorporating safety measures that can be efficiently implemented, from access to layout to employee distancing when needed.”
