Weitzman Adding Austin-Based Industrial Division Leader

Jordan Walker joined Weitzman’s Austin office as a Senior Vice President in charge of directing the company’s newly formed Industrial Division. The division will utilize Weitzman’s statewide and nationwide network of clients and Walker’s track record as a successful industrial broker in Central and South Texas.

At Weitzman, Walker now handles industrial project representation, tenant representation, land sales and related brokerage in Central Texas and other markets in the state. Prior to joining Weitzman, Walker worked as a vice president with CBRE in Austin, where he worked with an industrial and creative office portfolio and handled more than 1 million square feet of tenant representation business. He also worked in industrial brokerage with HPI Real Estate Services & Investments, Inc., in Austin and San Antonio, part of a team responsible for leasing more than 15 million square feet of industrial space
