Weidner Apartment Homes Sells Seattle Apartments for $106M

Weidner Apartment Homes has sold Arrive Magnolia, a 337-unit apartment complex in Seattle’s Magnolia neighborhood for $106.5 million.

The buyer is an entity managed by Sam Eisenman, president of Irvine-based Trinity Property Consultants, a firm focused on multifamily properties across 31 states, reported the Puget Sound Business Journal.

The six-acre site at 3520 27th Place W. includes 10 parcels with a combined assessed value of $102.3 million. Originally built in the 1960s and 1970s, the complex offers one- to four-bedroom units ranging from 685 to 1,788 square feet. Weidner acquired the property in 2005 for $47.7 million and rebranded it as Outlook at Magnolia.

The transaction comes amid growing multifamily activity in the region, with notable suburban deals in Edmonds and Mill Creek. Weidner has remained active, recently trading assets in Lynnwood and acquiring new holdings in Everett and Kirkland. Both firms declined to comment.
