Lee & Associates – Houston announced the addition of Richard Glass to their team as Principal. Glass brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the firm.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Glass was one of the founders of CRC Real Estate, where he spent over 15 years as one of their top producers in development, sales and leasing in the Greater Houston area. Before his time at CRC Real Estate, Glass worked for The National Realty Group, Inc. for 9 years as an industrial sales and leasing agent in Southwest Houston.
—Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP), a national, family-owned construction management and contracting company, recently welcomed Tahnee Sauer as the new Central Texas Marketing Manager in the AP Austin office. With an extensive background in art and design, Tahnee brings the AP team a fresh approach to marketing management.
In her new role, Sauer will lead and manage AP Central Texas’ marketing projects and the overall branding and positioning in the area. She will partner with teams across departments to manage Central Texas marketing efforts, providing marketing strategy support.
—Flix Brewhouse, the world’s first-run cinema brewery, just announced the opening of its newest location at The Shops at Broad in Mansfield. Flix Brewhouse’s 12 signature craft beers are brewed on the premises. Guests can enjoy the brewpub experience with or without a movie.
—San Antonio-based investment firm Headwall Investments has acquired The Market at Georgetown, a 54,994-square-foot shopping center located on the northern outskirts of Austin. The unanchored neighborhood center is home to tenants such as Pok-e-Jo’s Smokehouse, House of Gainz and Double Dave’s Pizzaworks. The seller and sales price were not disclosed.
