Weber Helming Target-Anchored Project in Little Elm

Weber & Co. plans to develop a Target-anchored, 225,000-square-foot retail center in Little Elm, Texas. The company acquired the development site earlier this month. Little Elm is the farthest north Dallas Suburb.

The Dallas Morning News reports that the Target store will be 148,000 square feet and will be completed in the spring of 2026.

Weber & Co. will name the future retail center Bates Towne Crossing in honor of the family that has owned the site for the past 157 years.

DB2RE founders David Davidson Jr. and Edward Bogel represented the seller. DB2RE Director of Suburban Land Ryan Turner and Retail Specialist Jonathan Cooper will oversee leasing at the shopping center.

Weber & Co. owns another 10 retail centers in the Dallas-Fort Worth market—in McKinney, Grand Prairie and Fort Worth—totaling roughly 815,000 square feet, according to CommercialEdge information.
