Web Design Firm Comes to Meatpacking District

Web design firm Wix leased 15,784 square feet of retail space on the ground floor of TF Cornerstone’s 100 Gansevoort in the Meatpacking District. Located directly across from the Whitney Museum of American Art, the space will house more than 80 employees and an event space.

“Wix has been in New York for over a decade and this marquee location represents the evolution of our company, employees and the Wix brand,” said Wix’s Joe Pollaro. “We are able to have a showstopper space in an exciting neighborhood with access to some of the best creative and technology talent in the world.”

100 Gansevoort sits at the base of TF Cornerstone’s 95 Horatio residential building. TF Cornerstone renovated the ground floors along Washington and Gansevoort streets to create retail spaces, with tenants including Christian Louboutin.

JLL’s Michael Berg represented Wix. TF Cornerstone’s Steve Gonzalez represented ownership.
