Fisher Brothers has reached full occupancy at Park Avenue Plaza in Midtown Manhattan with expansions by existing tenants

Wealth Management Firm Takes Full Floor at Park Avenue Plaza

Wealth management firm BBR Partners has leased 30,000 square feet at Fisher Brothers’ Park Avenue Plaza, Crain’s New York Business reported. The 15-year, full-floor lease begins immediately for BBR, which is relocating from 2 Grand Central Tower.

We look forward to returning to work and enjoying the spacious and state-of-the-art facilities that Park Avenue Plaza provides,” said Barry Klayman, COO at BBR. “Fisher Brothers understood our needs and were able to safely accommodate our people, as well as our short- and long-term business goals as we enter a post-COVID-19 world.”

Lease negotiations for Fisher Brothers were handled in-house by Marc S. Packman and Charles P. Laginestra, alongside a CBRE team of Howard Fiddle, Peter Turchin, Christie Harle, Benjamin Joseph and Roger Griswold. Brad Needleman at NKF and Jason Gorman at CBRE handled negotiations on behalf of BBR Partners.
