Wealth Management Firm Cerity Expands at 99 Park Ave.
Cerity Partners LLC, a national wealth management and financial advisory firm, has expanded its headquarters at Global Holdings’ 99 Park Ave., bringing its total footprint at the Midtown office tower to 68,271 square feet. The expansion follows the completion of Global Holdings’ $30-million capital improvement program earlier this year and brings the 600,000-square-foot tower to 98% leased.
The tenant signed a 15-year lease for 19,600 square feet on a portion of the eighth floor, adding to its existing 48,671-square-foot footprint across the 15th and 16th floors. The deal marks Cerity’s second expansion at the property in less than a year.
“Cerity Partners’ continued growth at 99 Park Ave. reflects the strength of our investment in the building and the workplace we’ve created,” said Alexander Radmin, director of leasing at Global Holdings Management Group.
Cerity was represented by Nicholas Dysenchuk and Rob Lowe of Cushman & Wakefield. Global Holdings was represented by Radmin, along with Paul Glickman, Diana Biasotti, Kristen Morgan and Harrison Potter of JLL.
