WBW Development is scheduled to begin development on Arroyo Ranch, a 1,103-home single-family housing development in Seguin, TX. The 267-acres of land is on Farm-to-Market Road 725, adjacent to the Vogel Elementary School in this far northeast San Antonio suburb.

Josh Schneuker, director of economic development for the City of Seguin, told the San Antonio Business Journal that homes will be priced, at minimum, in the upper $100,000s to low $200,000s. They are expected to range in size from 1,300 to 2,600 square feet, with the first 200 homes scheduled to deliver by December 2018.

In other Seguin news, American Colors Inc. recently opened a new manufacturing facility at 5075 SH 123 N. The 12,500-square-feet is being used for manufacturing, warehousing, laboratory and office space.
