Wayfair Enters the Bayou City, Inks Deal at Gateway Northwest 3

Houston apparently has just what Wayfair needs, as the online furniture retailer leased 103,635 square feet at Gateway Northwest 3 in Duke Realty Corp.’s Gateway Northwest Business Park. Wayfair will move-in during February 2019, though it’s uncertain what the space will be used for, or if the distributor is looking for additional space in Houston. The lease represents the online retailer’s first space in Houston.

CBRE’s Patrick Rollins represented the tenant. David Hudson with Duke Realty advised the landlord.

Gateway Northwest Business Park is a four-building, 951,000-square-foot property. The Northwest 3 building at 20510 Hempstead Rd. has a total of 368,432 square feet. The lease brings Gateway Northwest to 100% occupancy.
