WAY Capital Names Drew Sandler Executive Director of New Nashville Location
Los Angeles, CA-based WAY Capital, Inc., has opened a satellite office in Nashville, TN and appointed Drew Sandler as executive director. Sandler and the WAY Capital team are currently managing build-for-rent SFR development tracts, multifamily and hospitality projects in the Southeast.
According to the company, the Nashville office will allow for WAY Capital to better service new and existing clients throughout high-growth markets in the southeastern US, which has experienced immense growth over the past several years and is positioned to double WAY Capital’s production volume over time.
The new office is at 1033 Demonbreun Street in Nashville’s The Gulch neighborhood, a local hotspot for new development of residential, retail and entertainment, and office.
