WAY Capital Elevates Alexander Rossinsky to Principal

WAY Capital, a leading commercial real estate capital markets advisor based in Los Angeles, has promoted Alexander Rossinsky to principal. In his new capacity, Rossinsky will help shape the firm’s strategic direction and further enhance its track record of success.

Rossinsky previously held the position of executive director at WAY Capital. His contributions have been instrumental in fostering valuable client relationships and helping the firm close more than $850 million in financings during the first seven months of 2023.

His tenure in B2B publishing stretches back into the print era, and he has served as Editor in Chief on four national trade publications. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
