Watson Land Executes 316K SF of Leases in South Bay

Cushman & Wakefield completed a pair of industrial lease transactions totaling more than 316,000 square feet in Carson, CA. The largest of the two deals involves Jerich USA, an Austrian-based logistics company, which doubled its footprint to roughly 214,850 square feet.

Jerich USA extended an existing 107,322-square-foot warehouse building lease at 1113 E. 230th St. while also expanding into the adjacent 107,525-square-foot warehouse at 1165 E. 230th St. Now referred to as Jerich’s Los Angeles Terminal – West Coast Distribution Center (pictured below), the buildings are part of Watson Industrial Center South complex. Cushman & Wakefield’s Jeff Morgan and Dirk Hrobsky represented the tenant.

The second deal involved CCL Tube Inc. The division of a Canadian company extended its 101,304-square-foot manufacturing facility lease at 2250 E. 220th St. in Carson (pictured above). The building, also owned by Watson Land Co., was the first LEED Certified Silver industrial building in the South Bay market when completed in 2008.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Morgan represented the tenant, with colleagues Eric Garfield and Tom Solan.
