Justin Dickinson will assume day-to-day leadership of Pathway to Living

Waterton’s Seniors Housing Arm Hires Investments SVP

Waterton hired Justin Dickinson as SVP, investments for Pathway to Living, the seniors housing arm of the Chicago-based firm. He’ll oversee the overall investment strategy for Pathway to Living, including acquisitions, dispositions and fundraising for all seniors housing transactions.  Dickinson will also oversee ground-up development activity.

“Justin’s expertise and relationships are a perfect fit for our team as we continue on a path of growth in the seniors housing sector,” said Rick Hurd, CIO at Waterton. “His track record, experience and existing relationships with high-profile groups in the investment space, combined with his ability to forge new alliances, will help us to identify and capitalize on further strategic growth opportunities across the U.S. for Pathway to Living.”

Before joining Waterton, Dickinson was SVP of acquisitions/investments for Anthology Senior Living, the senior housing arm of CA Ventures. His experience also includes the retail, industrial, residential and medical real estate sectors.
