Waterton Hires VP of Capital Programs

Waterton has hired industry veteran Aaron Sheppard as VP of capital programs. He’ll oversee construction execution and development for Pathway to Living, the seniors housing arm of the Chicago-based firm. 

Sheppard will be responsible for the oversight of the capital program teams for all Pathway to Living renovation projects and serve as a resource for regional managers, asset managers and senior operations management teams. 

“We are pleased to welcome Aaron Sheppard to our growing team, which will benefit greatly from his more than 25 years of experience in construction and development,” said John Daley, SVP of construction and design at Waterton.

A veteran of the operations management industry, Sheppard has extensive experience in facilities management, building construction, corporate real estate and security. Before joining Waterton, he was IFM account director at Cushman & Wakefield and previously served as director of operations at Ascension Senior Living.
