Waterton has added two hospitality veterans to the management team of its Presidential Towers apartment complex in downtown Chicago

Waterton Expands Presidential Towers Management Team

Waterton has hired Howard Gottlieb as general manager and Michael Flood as director of facilities and maintenance at its Presidential Towers community in downtown Chicago. Their combined decades of experience in the highly service-driven hospitality industry will serve to elevate the resident experience and make a meaningful impact at Presidential Towers.

“Expanding our talent options outside of the multifamily realm allows us to find passionate people from all industries that match the Waterton values and our commitment to providing outstanding service nationwide,” said David Scharfenberg, SVP of operations at Waterton. “Through their work in the hospitality sector, both Howard and Michael have honed a service mentality that is well-aligned with our Resitality philosophy.”

Added senior regional manager Steven Ruff, “The elevated customer service expectation at Waterton communities translates seamlessly from the ‘guest service’ mentality of a hotel operation to the ‘resident service’ needs of a large rental community.”
