Waterstone Properties Group Adds Three to Leadership Team

Commercial real estate company Waterstone Properties Group has announced three additions to its executive leadership team. Bill Comeau will serve as Waterstone’s CFO, Gary Stevens as SVP of leasing and Ken Mahtesian as SVP of construction.

Prior to joining Waterstone, Comeau served in senior real estate industry finance roles with WeWork, C-III Capital and DLC Management. Stevens joins Waterstone from Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust, an NYSE-traded REIT. Mahtesian will be responsible for all construction projects at Waterstone. He brings two decades of project and construction management experience to the company. Most recently, Mahtesian was the director of project management at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions.

“As we approach several new, large-scale development projects, we’re thrilled to be expanding our leadership with such experienced and talented individuals, each bringing their own expertise to the table,” said Neal Shalom, founding partner at Waterstone. “The combined experience of Bill, Gary and Ken in the commercial real estate industry is an enormous asset, as Waterstone continues to manage and develop successful real estate assets across the country.”
