Watershed Technology Inks Full-Floor Lease in NoHo

Watershed Technology, Inc., an enterprise sustainability platform used by companies to manage climate and ESG data, produce audit-ready metrics and drive emissions reductions, has signed a new three-and-a-half-year lease for 15,180 square feet at 440 Lafayette St. in NoHo. The platform’s new lease brings the three-building Lafayette-Astor complex—which also includes 10 Astor Pl. and 740 Broadway—to full occupancy.

“Reaching full occupancy across the Lafayette-Astor complex is an important milestone for us,” said Neith Stone of GFP Real Estate.  “Bringing three distinct buildings to 100 percent occupancy in today’s market reflects the strength of these assets, the long-term vision for the complex, and the consistency of our leasing and management strategies.  Watershed’s lease marks a fitting close to that effort.”

Stone and Newmark’s Robert Silver, Anthony Sciacca and Brittany Silver represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate.  CBRE’s Sacha Zarba and Conor Krup represented the tenant in the full-floor lease.
