Watermark to Develop 324-Unit MF Community Near Huntsville

Watermark Residential has announced plans for the development of a 324-unit, garden-style multifamily community in the Huntsville suburb of Madison, AL.

Located on more than 22 acres at 1150 Balch Rd., the site is adjacent to the 550-acre mixed-use Clift Farm development. Watermark plans to build the community in a single phase, to be completed by late 2021. The neighborhood will consist of nine, three-story buildings and a clubhouse. Floor plans will include one, two and three-bedroom units.

“Huntsville is a perfect match for Watermark, which seeks to develop exceptional multifamily communities in areas of high job and population growth, where occupancy and rental rates are stable or expanding,” said Josh Purvis, managing partner at Watermark. “We look forward to commencing construction and delivering another exceptional community to the city.”
