Waterman Names NKF Team to Complete Lease-Up at 400 Park

Waterman Interests LLC has named an NKF team led by David A. Falk, Robert Silver, and Eric Cagner as exclusive leasing agent of 400 Park Ave. It’s 92% leased, with two full floors totaling about 22,000 square feet remaining.

“David and his colleagues at NKF have been fabulous advocates for 400 Park Ave. for a long time, having represented many of our valued tenants in the building,” said Alan Bernstein, SVP at Waterman. “We’re looking forward to finishing the leasing at the building in collaboration with NKF at this distinguished address.”

Among the tenants at 400 Park are City National Bank, Matrix Advisors, TP Capital Management, Creative World Management, Fieldpoint Private Bank, Dai Ichi Life, The Wicks Group, Lombard International Assurance, Dome Equities, Maybank and W Capital. “Our team is looking forward to adding other impressive names to the fine tenant roster that already exists,” said Falk.
