Waterlogic Signs for Space at Prologis Freeport Corporate Center

Waterlogic, which manufactures and distributes non-bottle water dispensers, signed a lease to take down 111,012 square feet at Prologis Freeport Corporate Center in Grapevine, TX. The light manufacturing and distribution center, scheduled for opening in early 2020, will be Waterlogic’s first in North Texas.

JLL’s Caleb McCoy and Matt Bracco represented Waterlogic in the lease negotiation for space at 3175 Bass Pro Dr. Michael Flowers represented the landlord, Prologis.

“In evaluating a comprehensive strategy, (we found) North Texas’ pro-business environment, access to quality labor, and central location solidified our decision to enter the market,” said Casey Taylor with Waterlogic. “This will give Waterlogic a competitive advantage to further stake our claim as a top-tier provider of water purification dispensers and sustainability.”
