Waterfront Condo Project Tops Out in Alexandria

Developer Carr Cos. has announced the topping out of Muse, a 73-unit luxury condominium project in Alexandria, VA.

Located at 1201 North Royal Street, the project is slated to be delivered by the end of 2021. Perspective buyers can choose from 29 unique one-to-two-bedroom-with-den floor plans, ten of which offer spacious outdoor terraces. Prices start in the $800,000’s. Residences will offer floor-to-ceiling operable energy-efficient windows, Snaidero European flat-panel cabinetry, quartz countertops and concealed appliances. Residents will enjoy an inviting penthouse lounge, indoor-outdoor fitness center and rooftop terrace with fire pits and grilling stations.

“With two condominium communities under construction just a few blocks apart and several other properties nearby, we continue to look for opportunities to grow in the Old Town North Arts District,” said Austin Flajser, president and CEO at Carr Cos. “We see tremendous potential in the neighborhood’s vibrant waterfront urban-suburban setting, which has fared exceptionally well during the pandemic and is poised to continue its growth in the coming years.”
