The Pearl is planned as a 32-unit gated condominium community on a private peninsula overlooking Galveston Bay being developed by Island Sky Investments. The residences will be a mix of 3bd/2bth and 2bd/bth. The Pearl is being built with a coastal farmhouse style in mind and will focus on the waterfront experience. This will be the first and only luxury condominium community on the Bolivar Peninsula.
