Waterfront at Manhattan Harbour’s Condos Near Completion

The Waterfront at Manhattan Harbour is nearing completion of its first condo building, bringing 14 residences along the Ohio River in Dayton, Kentucky, just minutes from downtown Cincinnati. The model is almost complete, and three of the units have already been pre-sold, reported the Cincinnati Business Courier.

Manhattan Harbour developers Brendan Sullivan and Miles Scully have partnered with father-son duo Mario and Tryfon Christoforou to develop the Waterfront. Their vision is to fully deliver on the claim of being a “riverfront location,” and The Waterfront, which could end up being an investment near $60 million, adds to the flurry of development along the banks.

Each condo at the Waterfront is a single floor, with two bedrooms and two and a half baths. The model condo is listed at $599,000, and prices range from that $599,000 figure to $739,000 for the penthouse units. The first residents are expected to move in around August or September of 2023.
