WashREIT Taps Transwestern to Lease Arlington Tower

Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) has been named leasing agent for WashREIT’s Arlington Tower at 1300 N. 17th St. in Arlington, VA’s Rosslyn submarket. TRS EVP Tony Womack, SVP Alex Hancock and VP Bernie McKeever Jr. are handling the assignment.

“WashREIT has done an impressive job of positioning this asset to stand out in the Rosslyn submarket,” said Womack. “Arlington Tower not only offers an exceptional amenity package, but also uniquely breathtaking views of Washington, D.C. Combining this with WashREIT’s distinguished sponsorship and operational expertise provides companies a best-in-class office experience.”

The 19-story Arlington Tower is home to WashREIT’s flagship Space+ location featuring two floors of private office suites and shared amenities. The program was rolled out at Arlington Tower in late 2018, shortly afterWashREIT acquired the property and five months after introducing Space+.
