Construction on Killian Pacific’s newest development, Ninebark, a 246-unit sustainably designed multifamily community, is underway in Washougal, WA. The first phase of delivery is planned for January 2023 and pre-leasing begins in October. Sunrise Management will handle the lease-up and all management activities.

The design and construction partners in the project include Holst Architecture and R&O Construction.

Located in Southwest Washington, about 15 minutes from Portland, OR, Ninebark features expansive views of the Columbia River and Mt. Hood. The project has received Salmon Safe certification, is working towards Fitwel certification and the riverside retreat amenity space is targeting net zero ready.
