Washington Heights Multifamily Property Hits Market 

A pre-war, 10-story apartment building in Washington Heights is in the market for sale with an anticipated pricing of $13.75 million. The property features 62 apartments with rent-stabilized, rent-controlled, and free-market units.  

Located at 788 Riverside Drive., the property spans 80,678 square feet and comprises 62 apartments. Of these, 45 apartments are rent-stabilized, eight are rent stabilized at market rates, five are rent-controlled, and four are free market units. The building has an average unit size of 1,025 square feet. 

The JLL team, led by Hall Oster and Paul Smadbeck, will represent the seller.
