Washington Heights MF Property Sold for $6M 

A five-story multifamily building apartment in Washington Heights has been sold for $6 million. 

Located at 35 Thayer St, the building spans 34,040 square feet and houses 54 units, offering a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.  

Seth Glasser and Michael Fusco of Marcus & Millichap managed the exclusive listing for the seller and connected the property with the buyer, both private investors.
