Warren Innovation Center Scores Full-Building Renewal

Newmark arranged a 45,805-square-foot lease renewal for Horizon Group USA at 45 Technology Dr. in Warren, NJ. The entire building lease at 45 Technology Dr. is part of the rebranded Warren Innovation Center. Executive managing director Jeff Schotz and managing directors Dan Reider and Harrison Russell represented ownership, Greenwich, CT-based Ivy Realty.

Horizon Group USA is a leading provider of crafts and craft activity kits. The brand offers a wide range of activity kits, products, and crafts with custom designs across a wide array of national brands and programs.

“This full-building lease renewal is the latest in a long list of successes for ownership, which has executed more than 280,000 square feet at the campus since acquiring it less than three years ago,” said Reider. “It’s a real testament to Ivy’s hands-on approach and high-quality work at the Warren Innovation Center.”
