Grandscape, Warren Buffett’s 433-acre development in the Dallas suburb of The Colony, increased its tenant tally. Over the next few years, the project will see the addition of Japanese restaurant Akira Back, beer and music store Windmills Craftworks, and amusement center Andretti Indoor Karting and Games.

Stellar Development’s Steve Graham, head of leasing efforts, said the project strategy is to include authentic user experiences.

“Grandscape is bringing together an unmatched collection of brands,” he said.

The sprawling development’s current roster includes Nebraska Furniture Mart, Hampton Inn & Suites and several restaurants.
