Warren Blazy III, Eric Smith Join CBRE’s Cleveland Office

Warren Blazy III and Eric Smith have joined CBRE’s Cleveland office as Senior Vice President and Senior Associate, respectively. Blazy and Smith will specialize in office leasing and occupier representation throughout Northeast Ohio.

Blazy comes from JLL as a Senior Vice President focused on advising companies on real estate strategies in the greater Cleveland area, resulting in more than 3 million square feet of office leasing over his nearly 20-year career. He initially began his career at CBRE as an associate in 2004 and has a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and psychology from Hiram College.   

Smith was an Associate at JLL, where he represented landlords in leasing office space across the Cleveland, Akron, and Toledo markets. Prior to JLL, he was a transaction manager at Crescendo Commercial Realty, overseeing transactions in Northeast Ohio and Texas. Smith has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a dual major in finance and pre-law from Ohio University.
